Independent Procurement Monitoring
APTPI provides independent monitoring of public procurement processes to identify systemic risks, inefficiencies, and potential areas of concern. Through data-driven analysis and evidence-based assessments, we generate procurement monitoring reports that help institutions understand performance, strengthen preventive controls, and improve transparency, accountability, and value for money across the procurement cycle.
Policy Research & Reform Advisory
APTPI conducts independent, evidence-based policy research and procurement diagnostics to identify systemic gaps, emerging risks, and inefficiencies within Nigeria’s public procurement system. Through data-driven analysis, research, policy briefs, and advisory notes, we provide practical and actionable recommendations that support stronger procurement policies, better institutional decision-making, and meaningful reforms.
Our work is focused on bridging the gap between procurement regulations and their practical implementation by translating complex procurement frameworks into useful insights, monitoring tools, and recommendations that institutions can apply in real-world settings.
